This is a 100% free, no strings attached session where we can get to know each other and understand what therapy is all about. This is also an excellent opportunity to learn more about you and how I can best help.

I can provide you with the information during this 1 hour session to allow you to see how you can start to deal with your emotions healthily, communicate effectively, and manage stress.

Continue working it through with me

You are under absolutely no pressure to continue working with me after the free session. If you would like to proceed, my fee is £70 for a 50-minute one-on-one session, regardless of the method used. Fees for groups may vary.
